The deadline for all information
for the printed program is March
1, 2004 .
The conference web site will be regularly updated to serve
as the most up-to-date source of conference information.
It is advantageous to submit information for the exhibitor
listing early in order to maximize exposure on the conference
web site.
|
| |
|
In order to familiarize our attendees
with TxDLA 2004 exhibits, each exhibitor is asked to email
David Wissore the
following information to be included in the printed program
and on the conference web site:
|
| |
- Organization Name
- Narrative Description of Products/Services
(50 words or less)
- Web Site URL
- Corporate Logo for Web in JPEG
or GIF format (minimum 72 DPI, but may be any size).
- Corporate Logo for Printed Program
in:
TIFF format (minimum of 200 DPI, but 300+ DPI
is preferred)
EPS format (minimum 600 DPI)
JPEG: 300 dpi (if gray screens are used) or 1200
dpi
|
| |
|
Line Art: EPS format (minimum 600
DPI)
Graphic Files: .TIF or .JPG (minimum of 266 DPI, but 300+ DPI is preferred)
Absolutely NO graphics pulled off the Internet
For PDF files, there is no resolution specification, but
the dimensions should be no smaller than the final
desired dimensions of the printed ad. Trying to scale
up small PDF files will result in poor image quality.
|
| |
The dimensions for the ad sizes
should be as follows:
|
full page 7.5"w
x 10" h
half page 7.5"w x 4.75" h
quarter page 3.5"w x 4.75"h
business card 3.5"w x 2"h
|
| |
|
If the sponsor already has an ad
built that does not quite fit into these exact specs, a
quarter-inch more than what is specified can be accommodated.
The specified dimensions allow for a half-inch between ads
for layout purposes, so no more tolerance than a quarter
inch will be acceptable.
|
| |
|
All ad and logo files should be
sent to David Wissore as an email attachment.
If your file is too large to append as an attachment, please
email Jenny for alternate instructions.
