This year we are planning for 50 booths in the Exhibit Hall and premium slots are expected to go quickly. Please keep in mind that many of the previously listed partnership levels do include a booth. Don't miss out on this once-a-year opportunity to expose your company and products and/or services to a target audience of Distance Learning professionals. Sign up today! 

EXHIBITORS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • A 6' skirted table, two chairs, pipe and drape, and sign to identify the display.
  • The inclusion of the Exhibitor's name on the TxDLA website (including a 50-word company description) and in the printed program, as well as acknowledgment in the TxDLA Newsletter.
  • Opportunity to provide information or promotional item in registration kit
  • Two full Business/Industry conference registrations with TxDLA Memberships.**
  • Space allocated for each booth measuring approximately 8' deep x 10' wide. There will be 8' high pipe and drape along the rear of the space, and each space will be separated by 8' x 3' pipe and drape.

NOTE: Installation and usage of POTS (regular analog voice lines), ISDN telephone lines, and electrical power are not included in the Exhibitor's Packages. Costs incurred as a result of phone usage are the responsibility of the exhibiting party and not the Texas Distance Learning Association.

** If desired, the exhibiting company may pay the Business/Industry conference fee for any additional individual(s) planning to attend conference sessions and/or activities at the special exhibitor rate of $225 per person. Exhibitor personnel will be required to register for the conference.
