If you have chosen a partnership level that includes a booth, you will not be charged but still need to reserve a booth by completing the exhibitor contract below. 2005 Exhibitor Packages  

NOTE: Installation and usage of POTS (regular analog voice lines), ISDN telephone lines are not included in any of the Exhibitor’s Packages. Costs incurred as a result of phone usage are the responsibility of the exhibiting party and not the Texas Distance Learning Association.

If desired, the exhibiting company may pay the conference fee for any additional individual(s) planning to attend conference sessions and/or activities and meals at the special exhibitor rate of $200 per person. For exhibitors not planning to participate in conference activities and/or meals, an exhibit hall only pass is available free of charge (limit 2). Individual purchase of meals is not available onsite. Advance meal reservations are required through the preregistration form.
