You are welcome to bring a guest to the evening activities for an additional fee of $17 for the Monday night reception and $35 for the Tuesday night dinner and entertainment.
You must make all cancellations in writing via email to Trina Abee at conference-cancellations@txdla.org or by mail to TxDLA, PMB 959, 603 W 13th, Suite 1A, Austin, TX78701 . Cancellations made on or before February 7, 2005 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Between February 7, 2005 and February 21, 2005, you will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations received after February 21, 2005. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
