Proposals must include all of the following sections found in the online form. Proposals that do not include all sections will not be considered.

Complete the requested information for the primary presenter and each co-presenter. The Program Committee will communicate with the primary presenter, who is responsible for sharing information with any co-presenters. (see presenter limitations above)
Preferred Session Title:

FORM B
Provide a descriptive session title of no more than ten words. This title should be concise and meaningful and will be listed in the conference program. Creative titles related to the theme are encouraged.
Presentation Abstract:
Provide a brief description of approximately 50 words. If the proposal is accepted, this will be the description used in the printed and online conference programs. This abstract should include information on who should attend and what will be gained from the presentation. Be as specific as possible to ensure that the appropriate audience attends. The Program Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts as needed for publication purposes.
Presentation Proposal:
Describe the goals and content of the proposed session in 300 words or less. This description should include the presentation objectives, a brief outline of the presentation, and explain how the session is relevant to the particular conference track. Proposals including participant activity will be preferred. All proposals will go through a peer review process.
Audio / Visual Requests: VIEW
FORM C
Specify any special audio/visual requests. Each breakout room will be equipped with an
LCD projector, screen, 110 AC power strip and Ethernet access via a hard-wired or wireless connection. Access to the Internet for videoconference connections will be available with connection bandwidth limited to a maximum of 384k.
Suggested Audience:
Identify those conference participants who would benefit from attending the presentation including, but not limited to, the following: business/industry professionals, government agency employees, military employees, healthcare professionals, higher education, K-12 education, and vocational/technical education faculty, administrators, and support/technical staff, and others.
