If you plan to share a single room you MUST INFORM the front desk PRIOR to check-in. A valid State ID is required in order to claim State Rate.

Education/Non-profit reservations MUST be made by calling Moody Gardens toll-free at (888) 388-8484. Corporate members ONLY may make reservations online at  www.moodygardenshotel.com, click on "reservations", and enter group ID 15866, password 843 and the group contact code is learn.

 Reservations CANNOT be made for the government rate ONLINE! 

Room rates quoted above are net rates, subject to tax, which is currently 15%. Individuals with tax-exempt documentation will not be charged state tax.

TxDLA group rates will be honored for attendees for room reservations from Sunday, March 23 to Sunday, March 30, 2008 based on availability.

Reservations should be made prior to March 1, 2008, mentioning "TxDLA" to receive the group rate. Reservation requests received after March 1 will be accepted on a space available basis at the group rate.

Complimentary self parking is available at the hotel.
Valet parking is $10.00 per day.
