Exhibitor Ad Guidelines
Website & Printed Program
DEADLINE:
The deadline for all information for the printed program is February 12, 2007. The conference web site will be regularly updated to serve as the most up-to-date source of conference information. It is advantageous to register and submit information for the exhibitor listing early in order to maximize exposure on the conference web site.
FOR EXHIBITOR LISTING:
Information related to the exhibitor's organization is entered during the registration process. Information requested from the exhibitor includes the following which will be included in the printed program AND the conference web site:
1. Organization Name
2. Narrative Description of Products/Services (50 words or less)
3. Corporate contact information to include:
Name
Address
Phone & FAX
Email Address
4. Web Site URL
5. Corporate Logo for web site in JPEG or GIF format (minimum 72 DPI, but may be any size BUT should be larger than either 200px in width OR in height).
6. Corporate Logo for Printed Program in:
TIFF format (minimum of 200 DPI, but 300+ DPI is preferred)
EPS format (minimum 600 DPI)
JPEG: 300 dpi (if gray screens are used) or 1200 dpi
FORMAT FOR PRINTED ADS:
Line Art: EPS format (minimum 600 DPI)
Graphic Files: .TIF or .JPG (minimum of 266 DPI, but 300+ DPI is preferred)
Absolutely NO graphics pulled off the Internet
For PDF files, there is no resolution specification, but the dimensions should be no smaller than the final desired dimensions of the printed ad. Trying to scale up small PDF files will result in poor image quality.
The dimensions for the ad sizes should be as follows:
full page: 7.5"w x 10" h
half page: 7.5"w x 4.75" h
quarter page: 3.5"w x 4.75"h
business card: 3.5"w x 2"h
NOTE:
If the sponsor already has an ad built that does not quite fit into these exact specs, a quarter-inch more than what is specified can be accommodated. The specified dimensions allow for a half-inch between ads for layout purposes, so no more tolerance than a quarter inch will be acceptable.
HOW TO SUBMIT :
All logo files should be uploaded via the web to the conference website. This can be done anytime AFTER the exhibitor has completed the registration process. The exhibitor will need to login to their Exhibitor Account (a URL, login ID, and Password) will be emailed to the Exhibitor Administrative Contact upon completion of their registration
If your file size is too large to upload via our normal upload web (file size is limited to 1 MB maximum) application, please contact Bennie Tschoerner at cio@txdla.org for alternate instructions.
