Rates are current Government rates and are subject to change to the prevailing
Government per diem at the time of the meeting. All room rates are quoted
exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%, but subject to
change without notice. Group rates are available subject to availability
of rooms at the time of reservation.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE
The deadline for reservations at the group rate is Wednesday, March 25, 2009.
Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2009 will be accepted
on a space and rate availability basis.

Reservations must be received on or before the cut off
date of March 25, 2009.
Guests will be individually responsible to payment of their own rooms, taxes and
incidental charges. All rooms shall be available for check-in no earlier than
3:00 PM with a check-out time of 12:00 PM.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be
supplied at the time of reservation. Any reservation not cancelled prior to 12
noon on the day of arrival will be charged and subsequent room and tax charges
will be billed to the credit card on file.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Omni Hotel will provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Corpus
Christi Airport for all attendees.
Complimentary covered self parking is also included for all attendees. |
