To attend the TxDLA 2010 Second Life Conference, you can either register for it as a stand-alone conference, or as an added special session for the regular TxDLA 2010 Conference. Second Life In-World 1-Day Event
This will be a live 1-day conference event in Second Life. Presenations will focus on the use of Second Life in education. Presenters will discuss how they have incorporated this virtual world into their classrooms.

To register for the Second Life Conference as an added special session with the TxDLA 2010 Conference:
- Register for the TxDLA conference by following the link above.
- When you come to the "Conference Workshops" page you will see a list of special workshops being offered before or after the conference.
- To read a summary of the Second Life event, click on the fifth option, "Second Life In-World 1-Day Event - Friday, March 26th, 2010".
- Close that page when you are done.
- To add the workshop (or any of the other workshops) to your registration, click on the image of the yellow shopping cart found right before the name of the workshop.
- To remove a workshop, click on the image of the shopping cart with the red arrow in it.
- Click "Continue" to go to the next page and complete the registration process.
