TxDLA 2008 Award Nominations Now Open  

This is the time of year that TxDLA seeks nominations to honor the best and brightest leaders in distance learning. Nominations are now being accepted online for the 2008 Texas Distance Learning Association awards. Nominations will be accepted until December 15, 2007. It only takes a few minutes to complete the online form and nominate a colleague who exemplifies the progressive leadership and innovation that we want to honor next March in Galveston.

Roxanne Glaser, Awards Chair said, “Membership in TxDLA continues to grow each year and many practitioners are working diligently to grow programs and to utilize distance learning in exemplary ways. A great way to showcase why Texas is becoming a leader in distance learning is through the annual TxDLA Awards program.“

The award categories include commitment to TxDLA, excellence and innovation, leadership, and teaching. There are individual and organizational awards in several categories. Complete details are available in the nomination page.
