| TxDLA is the largest distance learning organization of its kind in the nation. It brings a wealth of networking opportunities among professionals from a wide variety of constituencies throughout the state and beyond. The proactive nature of TxDLA members ensures that you will stay current with what is happening in Texas and uncover ways to explore how to work together. The organization has an extensive awards program which offers an avenue for prestigious recognition of individuals, institutions, and industry innovations, accomplishments, and commitments toward distance learning. We also have a Distance Learning Hall of Fame and a grant competition. Another annual event is the Fall Leadership Workshop where leaders spend a few days together defining the direction that this great organization will take to lead its large group of professionals as they advance the establishment and growth of distance learning.
