Most of us know Simon Dudley for his time at Lifesize and his expertise in regard to Unified Communications. Simon has recently started his own company, Excession Events, and he has published his first book, “The End of Certainty” (http://www.excessionevents.com/).
While this book is not really about Distance Learning or Online Learning, it is valuable information and it is packed with useful analogies and stories that will help you relate to Simon’s message which is identifying Excession Events.
I've read as many business books as I can find time for and this particular book has had a profound impact on my general outlook. I think you will be able to relate to the lessons in Simon’s book no matter what business you are in (we are all in “business”) and who your customer is (we all have “customers”) and I highly recommend it! -- John Copeland, VBrick
