- Create your Whova account and verify it.
Oct-Nov
- Submit your proposal by October 2. You can save your draft along the way.
- Proposal review: Our program committee will review your submission.
- Look for your notification (acceptance, rejection, or waitlist) in November.
- Important: Confirm you’re in by November 15. Follow the steps in your acceptance email—this is a must to secure your spot!
December
- Check your profile in the Whova Speaker Portal (photo, bio, etc.).
- Stay tuned for updates via email.
Jan
- Read through the presenter guidelines we’ll send you.
- Register for the conference by January 22.
Feb-Mar
- Make your hotel reservation by the deadline date.
- Join a virtual orientation session.
- Get your presentation ready along with any materials.
- Upload your handouts and slides to the Whova Speaker Portal.
- Present with enthusiasm at the conference!
