Elizabeth McCormick is a former Black Hawk helicopter pilot and Chief Warrant Officer 2 for the U.S. Army, where she flew missions ranging from United Nations peacekeeping to top-secret military intelligence operations. She now speaks on leadership, sales, and safety to more than 100 audiences a year, including Coca-Cola, Lockheed Martin, Oracle, and Charles Schwab, as well as national associations like RETA and IAAI.
She’s a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and a founding member of the Maxwell Leadership speaker team. Her book The P.I.L.O.T. Method has sold more than 40,000 copies, and she was named one of the Top 10 Leading Speakers to Watch in 2025 by MSN.com. Her media credits include CNN, Fox, NBC, and the Wall Street Journal.
