Find Your North Star: Lead with Purpose, Innovate with Impact
This year’s workshop is built around one central question: what guides your leadership decisions when everything around you is changing? Sessions will help participants identify their leadership north star — the values, principles, and vision that drive purposeful decision-making even through uncertainty, technological disruption, and rapid change.

Kassi Kincaid, Creative Leadership Expert | Author | Founder, Book Days
Kassi Kincaid built a global movement from a single classroom idea. As founder of Book Days — a literacy initiative now reaching 72+ schools and 22,000+ students with a focus on Title I communities — she knows what it takes to lead with purpose when the path isn’t clear.
Her keynote, The Edge of Creativity, challenges leaders to treat creativity as an essential leadership skill, not a luxury. Drawing on her experience turning a simple idea into partnerships with NASA, Whole Foods, and United Way, she’ll share practical strategies for converting pressure into momentum and leading with confidence through complexity and change.
Kassi doesn’t just keynote and leave. Throughout the workshop she’ll join participants in sessions — helping leaders connect purpose, creativity, and strategic thinking into a North Star they can actually use when they get home.
