TxDLA Modifies Name of TxSAN Community of Practice to Texas Out-of-State Activities Compliance (TxOSAC)

TxDLA has changed the name of the TxSAN (Texas State Authorization Network) Community of Practice to the new and improved TxOSAC (Texas Out-of-State Activities Compliance).

This change to TxOSAC reflects an expansion to include discussions of foreign locations in addition to states and U.S. territories, and is a more accurate description of the scope.
