Developing Future Leaders
One of the best ways to get involved with TxDLA is to attend the annual Fall Leadership Workshop. You do not have to be currently in a leadership role in TxDLA, but having a desire to become an active, contributing member is important. See how the organization runs, learn about the issues that concern the digital learning community, and see how you can put your talents to work for TxDLA. Through this workshop, attendees have the opportunity to gains skills in leadership through several events that will impact you and your organization.

See What You Missed at the 2023 Fall Leadership Workshop
2023 participants were part of TxDLA’s ongoing commitment to building community and developing leadership skills.
While exploring how TxDLA runs and how to put their talents to work, participants gathered a "box" of leadership tools to apply to their day-to-day professional roles. They created an action plan for growth based on their insights. An immersive journey of growth and empowerment, the workshop featured four phases: Discover Yourself, Find Your Place in TxDLA, Envision the Collective Box, and Shape Our Shared Future.
